One of the most haunted houses in the US’s history hasn’t inspired horror movie series and doesn’t allow indoor ghost tours. This haunted house is located at 1600 Pennsylvania Avenue.

McKamey Manor has been known as an "extreme haunted house" for years. When originally homed in San Diego, Russ McKamey (owner) employed "actors" who would subject the "guests" to physical assault (including whips, tasers, mouse traps), waterboarding, being bound and gagged, and psychological torture.
In recent years, Russ moved McKamey Manor to small town, rural Tennessee and no longer uses "actors". Though the location and the haunt has changed, is Russ able to escape the controversies that have surrounded the Manor?
